[SLUG] Improvements to SLUG RSS

I've made a few improvements to the RSS feed (available at
http://hardison.net/slug/slug.rss or http://hardison.net/slug/rss/slug.rss).

Mostly the provements are in the handling of <description> fields.

It seems that the RSS feed is very popular. Kudos to Nick Velez for
requesting it. :)
