My research indicates they don't match:

eben@pc:~$ md5sum Samba24Hc13.pdf
e38cbc44956dc7984e657d05b3ebabb2 Samba24Hc13.pdf
eben@pc:~$ sha1sum Samba24Hc13.pdf
6d2bc1783c3530b5358a8e78b51cdd6fc555ceaa Samba24Hc13.pdf

This is to be expected, since they are different programs and all.
