Or, and this really gets my goat, if it is due to poor programming.
Especially if IE ignores the error and works and FF or Opera or Lynx
etc. Are balking because they're supposed to balk. If the programmer is
using IE, the programmer probably is unaware and doesn't care about the
problem. Ugh. These frustrations lurk like a rake in the grass.
