I dont see how a anti microsoft troll is postive image for people.

They disagree because they cant see past the stupid IP issues. All they see
is Novell paying microsoft. Not the millions of dollars of Suse presales
and promotion microsoft will be doing or the support certificates they are
handing out for Suse users.
Novell insist that they are not paying for ms patents rights and MS says
they are. But the linux community seems to side with MS on this arugement
hence why people are protesting this deal. All it shows is how close minded
peoplw can be.

And the SCO cases when no where! So if MS is pulling the same old SCO crap
then there no reason to concern with MS lawsuits. At the same time I dont
think MS would give Kernel developers time to fix before a lawsuit but if MS
had real creadible proof, then it will be like any other IP infringment
case. Fix the problems or pay the patent holder.

Never said MS would be that nice but I did imply that what ever the issue
was it could be fix. Be it pre or post lawsuit.

 3) The offending code would be trivial

If there is that serious of an IP violation than microsoft should sue.
This is assuming that he violaiton is not something stupid like the sco
cases

 4) The intellectual property infringed upon can be worked

See number 3. again if it is that seriouse linux is getting what it deserves
assuming MS has a creadiable case with proof of violation.
