Here's an interesting point-- when you want to dig on your property, the
state insists you call some place where they dispatch people from all
the utilities to mark up your land, wherever they've laid stuff. Now,
for plumbing, gas, electric, cable, and phone, there's metal involved.
These guys walk around with little things that look like metal detectors
to find where stuff's been laid. So the question is, if there's no metal
involved with fibre, how do the detector guys know where to mark things
so you don't cut the line?
