It's an open graphics format that any number of programs can read. Well, could
read. I think it went out of fashion. Back in its days most graphics and many
word processors supported it. But I think it's safe to say it past away.

I know of no modern program that supports it. But when I google for it I found
CadView does, Treeplot is a conversion tool that does..
