The two messages I saw with "Fraud?" on the subject line came from two
different people, and each had replied to a different message.

Robert Waldo [rjw6844@gmail.com]
Robert Snyder [robertsnyder@gmail.com]

The common elements are:
- both are on gmail
- both are named Robert

So, logic says that the fault lies with gmail, people named 'Robert', or
people named 'Robert' on gmail.
