I love creative use of time signatures! I don't know the answer to your
problem, but I thought I would throw that in there. Why almost
everything in popular music turns out 4:4 and 3:4 is beyond me. From
Holst to Sleater Kinney, The screwed up time signatures make for the
most interesting music. Good luck on your project!
