  I use Rhino almost every day. They use standard CAD commands across the
board. Personal opinion: its simply the best on the market for commercial
3d design (used it at Lazzara Yacht for furniture design when I worked
there).

  The main thing is that the CAM systems will still be Winblows based, so it
still won't be a total win, but its a start!
