Well, according to dig and host, civicsusa.com and ns.civicsusa.com both
resolve to an IP address. But I can't enter an IP address at the
registrar. They want a name. But even when I supply a name, they won't
take it. They like my provider's nameserver, but not mine.

The other questions is: is it a good idea for the nameserver to share
the IP for the domains it is resolving?
