[SLUG] UDEV rules

Anyone familiar with the idiosyncrasies of udev rules? I have a rule for in-
serting a gsm card, all of the pieces work just fine when I do them manually
but when I try to automate the process the line in the rule that installs the
proper driver module fails to execute.

I found the info on a web page, it was for the same card I have, and done
under the same distro, SuSE 10.2

The card is a Cingular Option GT MAX 3.6

The web page with the info is as follows:
http://andy.hillhome.org/blog/2007/02/05/using-a-umts-card-on-opensuse-102/

I followed the instructions, first I did it manually, then I tried to
two files, it
fails to read the file /etc/cingularcard.sh. I have the file set as executable,
and if I run it manually it does install the usbserial module.

"the only dumb question is the one you DID NOT ask resulting in my going
out and having to identify your bits and pieces in the midst of torn
and twisted metal."
