I have a very good experience with OpenSuse 10.2 on a Dell Latitude D610.
It is my wifes main PC. She had no problems using
Thunderbird\Firefox\Open Office.
Everything worked out of the box including wireless and sleep.
I had to smile.. She is a 3rd grade teacher. Someone sent her a MS
powerpoint. Her classroom PC did not have it so she downloaded
OpenOffice and installed it. She was so proud and made the school
technician gasp in surprise :)
