[SLUG] Ubuntu Server -- no PCMCIA

Folks,
I have installed Ubuntu Server on a older laptop. During the installation the
CD found and brought up the PCMICA nic card, but after the install was
done and rebooted there was no pcmcia... I was looking for tools to go in
and install it but the usual ones I thought of are all looking for a network
connection. I was looking at the Ubuntu server docs and right off the bat
that tell you to use APT-GET to pull down packages, but that does not
work with the CD. I assume there is another tool to install packages off
of the server CD, but I seem to be missing it...
