From what I read you do not have access to the internet or have to use the
CD only for some reason. If that is the case...

backup the sources.list file.

cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.old

comment out all sources except the CD (inside the sources.list - use gedit
or nano/vim/etc)

apt-get update

You should be able to use the CD only, then.
