Yes. You have to change your sources.list, which I believe is in /etc/
apt/
Of course, given that it's Ubuntu, there's probably a "reconfigure
your sources" tool.

Right now, you probably have cd://something as part of your
sources.list. Just comment that part out, and you should be set, as
long as you have some other source to get packages from.
