Chuck,

If the TIFF file is G3 or uncompressed format, you can use the efax
suite to split the pages apart:

fax make <filename.tiff>

You could also use ImageMagick to convert it to a multipage PDF,
assuming support for those formats has been compiled in:

convert <file.tiff> <file.pdf>
