For anyone trying to compile xaos from source (it appears the stock version
doesn't use pthreads, so it only uses one CPU, so it only goes ~half as fast
as it could) note that SFFE is buggy on AMD64 (its complex-number library
isn't 64-bit clean, maybe?). Whenever I enable it I get:
/usr/bin/ld: i386 architecture of input file `lib/libsffe.a(cmplx.o)' is
incompatible with i386:x86-64 output
GGI ("G-something Graphics Interface", I guess) support fails on my machine
with
gcc: lib/libuiggi.a: No such file or directory
but that just sounds like I don't have the *-dev package.
