I am attempting to configure A CentOS 5.3 server iscsi initiator to connect
to a Clariion iSCSI target. I am not going to use PowerPath, but will use
multipath. I have no ISNS. The storage is using Navisphere Express. At
this point, I am having no luck creating the block devices.
Thus far, this is what I have done:
1. Install initiator: yum install iscsi-initiator-utils
2. configure iscsid.conf node.session.* and discovery.sendtargets.*
settings appropriately to correspond to Clariion target. start iscsi
3. initiate iscsiadm to perform a discovery. all 4 paths to the target
are found
4. restart isci
At this point, I am not seeing the corresponding block devices. I am
getting the following errors on the box, repeating for /dev/sda thorugh
/dev/sdd.

Am I going to need to configure multipath first?
