[SLUG] GRUB, GRUB, GRUB, GRUB with RedHat 10 Install

I ran the upgrade to RedHat 10 on my RedHat 9 installand now it won't boot
up. It just goes into an infinite loop
of displaying GRUB GRUB GRUB across the entire screen.

Any ideas what the problem could be and if it is correctable?
