I use mutt for reading email, screen for portability and connect to home via SSH using PuTTY.
I've been encountering a problem for a while where certain emails mangle
the display and require a redraw. This involves incorrectly positioned
blocks of characters, the " " and apparent linefeeds.
It seems to be these emails are coming from my friends at yahoo.com.
It's not an issue when using a local xterm at home, only remote putty
sessions.
I kinda think there's a PuTTY setting I can tweak to fix this behavior.
Has anyone else encountered it and/or have ideas on how to fix it?
Another mail reader is not an option. :-)
