Eben didn't say anything about port 80 working on FIOS, just that the router takes care of DynDNS. I have also read numerous places that port 80 is blocked. I've never tried, and I'm not at home and can't test, but I can tell you that the router serves up its administration interface on port 80 from the inside (and from the outside if you have remote administration enabled).
