I'm guessing they yanked someone's service, had the unmitigated gall to
demand that the person pay an Early Termination Fee, got sued, lost, and
this is the result. Sounds like if you violate your TOS badly enough to
get kicked out of the pool, they don't try to bill you for it. Good thing,
that.
