Which is the problem with most certs, they are handed out to people who have
not demonstrated actual ability to do anything, except memorising words.
The only one I was impressed by was Cisco's certification. No chance to go by
rote memory on that one, you actually have to know what you are doing.

Does not mean there are not a lot of companies who look for certification.
