You're using brighthouse.

For the past week or two I haven't been able to connect to ANY machine
(even my own linode) over the ntp/udp port.

When I am able to connect, there is very high latency on the message
getting through. So high that ntpd freaks out...

The only way I can get it to work is to tunnel out over ssh to my
linode...
