I can host the list and the website on one of my linodes.

for web:
All I'd need is your ssh pubkey and preferred username (paul?),
and a list of required dependencies.

for majordomo:
I'll install it and configure it enough for the web admin thingy to
work, and I suspect you could do the rest.
