As Ed pointed out, the best way to do IRCs is to set a specific date and
time. I'd suggest weekly, maybe on Mondays at 6pm. Then maybe also on
Saturdays at 1pm. Any other time, you could still get on, but you might
or might not find anyone there. It's up to you guys, but a specific
regular day and time would help.
