There is something like xinit; /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc

It reads:
#!/bin/sh
#$Xorg: xinitrc.cpp,v 1.3 2000/08/17 19:43:30 cpqbld Exp $

/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc
#
# global xinitrc file, used by all Xsessions started by xinit (startx)

# invoke global X session script
. /etc/X11/ Xsession

I still see no designation of where it is or even where it would go.
