Dunno about "good" but as far as "any" doesn't the KDE project have
something similar to access ("kdb" or something suitably succinct), and
I believe The Kompany has a "high-end" version of something like access?
I thought they were trying to sell some sort of ad-hoc SQL query
builder/report/table-making tool thingie.

I don't use' em myself - the SQL> command-line is perfectly fine for me.
