grin ... Paul and I have discussed this offlist, for some time
-- sometimes it is easier just to DO the unsub, than explain
how

-- the questioners are generally clueless
-- the questioners are using a mail client which obscures
headers
-- the questioners will not read instructions anyway

This is because the clueful _are_ clueful, and don't have any
problems.

... I think MailMan is a neat solution for newly created
mailing lists. GPL, web based interface from the get go,
easy to configure -- 4 file edits, a 'newaliases', and it's
working, after the first time setup. Then the rest is
web-based.
