I'd suggest the slugjobs email list, with subscribers allowed to post
freely and "outsider" posts moderated. This takesa lot less (volunteer)
time to maintain than putting listings on a Web site. It also allows
discussion about jobs, not just job listings, which is good. More
participatory.

Remember, the purpose of a LUG-based employment exchange is for members
to share "help wanted" and "job wanted" leads with one another, not to
be an advertising service for headhunters or HR departments.
