As Paul stated, room 684 was a mess from an all day meeting. The smell from
the leftover food wasn't too good and I didn't think you guys would have
appreciated it.

I moved the meeting to an alternate room and started looking for people
around 6:30. I was checking about every 5 minutes until 7PM. After that I
stayed outside in the lobby till 7:20 and then did a 5 minute check until
about 7:40 pm. After that I gave up. I apologize if a few of you were not
able to get in. As far as I am aware, this is the first time in the almost
two years we have used this location that this has happened.

Room 684 is normally the best room since it has a view of the lobby, but
unfortunately it is not always available due to multiple day meetings or
something like last week's situation.

Normally the secuirty guard is aware of the meeting but was unsure about it
last Wednesday. From now on, I'll make sure security is aware of the meeting
and has a way to contact me for latecomers.
