Steven;

I know I'm taking the risk of being accused of trolling BUT IMHO Red
Hat has gone the way of Mickey$oft. First, the emphasis on GUI's and
the denigration of the command line configuration. I quit on Red Hat
somewhere in the 5.1 or 5.2 version (I can't recall which) when it
became difficult to make this version of Linux perform the same way
other versions did.

It seemed to be there was the Linux way and then there was the Red Hat
way. The final straw for me was when they started charging $75.00 ( I
think that was the amount, it may have been more) for a distribution.
Just my $.02. If people find they like Red Hat good for them but I'm
not going to be impressed with a Red Had Certified Systems Engineer any
more than I'm impressed with the Mickey$oft version.
