One problem that I have run into is in reverse DNS lookups. When a
machine tries to telnet into felix, felix looks at the incoming IP
address, and tries to find-out the textual 'name' of the machine. This
operation should timeout after 2 minutes (??) if the name cannot be
resolved. To see if this is your problem, try adding a line to
/etc/hosts on felix which would descrie the Win98 box (IP and some
textual name).
