What I noticed.
No desktop/towers but lot's of problem questions that are hard to resolve
without the equipment.
Three or Four notebooks and problems seems to be solved pretty fast.
Someone asked about setting up ssh to do secure ftp (I think) using the key
system.

Looking at it, there is even a sftp. A FAQ, a mailing list and a
searchable archive.
I use vpn for dedicated connections and basic ssh for remote logins and checks.
I'm not sure which distribution they are using but most have a search
engine. Try putting in openssh or sft and see what comes out. I just
tried DeadRat and there was a ton of information on both searches.
