I am not familiar with the RH tools, but I can make some suggestions you
can perform by hand.

Try this:
cd /etc
lpr -Pxerox1 printcap

If your printcap file prints out at the xerox1 printer, your RH tool
just isn't pointing to the correct printer.

Use the command lpc to see what the daemons are doing. (man lpc for
instructions.)
