Mike; you didn't look it up any? They were turned in by a disguntled ex IT
worker and found to be "non compliant" with the infamous ms EULAs. They chose
to pay the fine including some lawyer fees, and then instead of upgrading
their ms software started switching to Linux and Star Office.
