I had a similar problem and called the phone support of one of the local
computer shops. They had me pull out the memory and then try again
listening for beeps. A quick seach of google for motherboard error
codes will get you a list. I believe bad video cards for certain bios'
is one long and two or three short beeps. But since you are getting no
beeps, this won't help. Since I didn't have a compatable cpu or memory
to try swapping out, I yanked the motherboard out and took it down to
the store I bought it from. It worked fine for them, so I left with the
only remaining variable, a new power supply. If you didn't buy it
locally, you could always buy another memory stick from one of the local
computer stores and have them install and check it out for you. Most
will do it for free as long as the motherboard is not mounted in a case.
