        This may be of little help, as the last version of SuSE I have used was
7.2. In Yast under System Administration => Configuration File, down at
the bottom, you could control some things (e.g. Start or Stop them) this
manipulates the rc.config (possibly the file you are looking for.) As I
recall, "Start XFS" was there. Then again, I understand SuSE has
banished the old Yast program.
