This error from your logs looks really suspicious ...
     Could not init font path element unix/:7100, removing from list!
     Fatal server error:
     could not open default font 'fixed'
Try logging into a shell as root and running "ntsysv" ...
make sure that "xfs" is checked off ...
that is your X font server ...
if it is checked in "ntsysv", then that should start up the "xfs"
everytime you boot the machine.
See if that helps.
of course you are _always_ allowed to post the output of commands like
"ps -ef | grep xfs" :o) which would make sure that "xfs" is running at
that moment ... like this ...
# ps -ef | grep xfs
xfs       8404     1  0 03:29 ?        00:00:01 xfs -droppriv -daemon
