Hi All

This is one of those way way off topic postings that is can be thought of as
being way way on target.

On a personally I am sorry this posting is not much closer closer to being on
target. I would feel a whole lot better if it were much much closer.

Yesterday the US Congress's Joint Committee of Finance released it report on
Enron. Previously the US Senate had released it report on the calculation of
Enron's taxes form public financial statements.

The Joint Committee Report may be obtained at:
http://www.house.gov/jct/

The Senate Committee Report may be obtained at:
http://finance.senate.gov/sitepages/hearing021303.htm
Then click on special report.

To say the least both of these reports make fantastic reading.

So far this has been way way off target.

But here comes the on on target part.

Instead of think Enron when/if you read the report think about this being
typical actions of a certain Redmont company that we have all grown to love.

For those not familiar with Enron, Enron was the energy equivalent of those
nice people up in Redmont including all the piazza.

As for Chapter 11 filing they do give one certain negative feelings and fears
by revealing what has been so made as obtuse as possible.

Hopefully this disease of public enlightenment is not too contagious spreading
so to speak to the Northwest revealing a similar infamous failure of
integrity but alas I fear that my hopes are ill founded and that those nice
folks in Redmont have a high probability of being exposed to the same set of
dynamic experience and disillusionment now rolling through Houston.

Frank
