As Joe Brandt said, GoDaddy.com. I do this for a living; they are the third
cheapest, but the other two are impossible. Avoid Register.com (sorry, Jan),
they are just another version of Verisign, who are dishonest. GoDaddy has a
decent user interface, and great prices. If you don't use them, you shouldn't
pay more than $12.00 per year, anyway.
