It's been that way for a while...they changed it sometime last year. I have the 1.5M down, and I remember getting some literature last year that mentioned this.

Well, what about Comcast? I had cable along with my Verizon DSL last summer and Comcast was quick for browsing, about 1.5-1.8 for downloads, but crawled at uploads.

My big problem is that my cable user agreement mentioned that I'm not allowed to use NAT, which makes having multiple computers a little bit harder...but right on the front verizon.net page it mentions you can have more than one computer one your connection.

I'd be more than happy to go with a cable modem and cancel my friggin phone line altogether if it weren't for that.
