With RR they know I have a firewall and an unknown amount of
computers. Actually they could not even see my OpenBSD box and
wondered how I could be online (during a tech support call). They
like Unix people as they run it themselves. The enginers I've
spoken with have been very nice. But you have to go through the
Open Ticket option when you call otherwise their entry level is out
of state with less access & know how, to the local cable.
