Can I just copy libcrypto.so.0.0.6b from my Linux box running RH 8.0 to
the box running RH 7.1 wher I need it. It seems that is the only file I
need to install the upgraded Openssh packages. I will need to link the
libcrypto.so.2 to the file as well.
Will that work?

I am trying to upgrade my openssl-0.9.6-3 to openssl-0.9.6b-18. I need
libcrypto.so.2 when I attempt the rpm -U of the rpm I get this long
list of dependencies that need libcrypto.so.1
What's a guy to do?
