The very first problem I ran into when I first tried Linux was a
sound board problem. I didn't even know how to SPELL Linux, let
alone fix things.

OSS were GREAT!!! Great, fast support, and they were even able
to communicate on my newbie level!

Everything was easy as pie. I think it cost me 12, or maybe 20
bucks, but it was well worth it. Come to think of it, I only
paid AFTER I got it working, so there was no risk.

Definitely recommended.
