Actually, the word is "tortious", meaning that it's related to that area of
law dealing with torts. However, I think your version may be more apropos,
at
least in SCO's view :-)

SCO Group is accusing IBM of "not only the
misappropriation of trade secrets, but also tortuous
interference, unfair competition and breach of
contract".
There was even a vague mention in there that maybe SCO
is just trying to offset their current financial
position.
I think the whole thing sounds ridiculous.
