I rather like dyndns.org, because they're really flexible.
They pratically let you edit your own zone file, if you want to.
They have a one-time fee of $30, but I think it was worth it.
with Dyndns.org, you can map subdomains to other IPs, etc.
They offer static, dynamic, and pseudo-static DNS services.
Quite nice, I think.
