[SLUG] How to start/stop wu-ftpd?

I've got it loaded but don't know how to start and stop it. Anyone know
how?

I can't get a "service" command to do it and have noticed that the
stop/start buttons in the redhat 7.3 service application are dimmed when
wu-ftpd is selected.

Any enlightenment appreciated.
