I would seriously hope for one of the following:
(a) IBM buys SCO, thus having the last word. They have the resources and the
money to do so. They then spin-off the Unix product house into a separate
company with a definitive agreement granting IBM unlimited use of the Unix
code.
(b) A whole army of independent Linux coders and GNU sue SCO for flagrant
violation of the GPL--and win.
