I don't know a dealer in your area, but a few things as an asside. If
she is a newcomer to computers, I would say she should get the best
and "top of the line" she can afford, as opposed to and "old used one"
AS a new computer user it will be alot less frustrating and alot more
fun to use if it's newer and faster. I assume she will be running
windows, and would recommend dell, or another big name like that. This
will save you from being tech support, and they are pretty good with
RMA's and fixing problems etc. Checkout delloutlet.com, they have
refurbished laptops/computers there. You have to be ready to buy when
you visit though as the inventory constantly changes, and something
will only stay in your basket for (they say) 15 minutes. I helped my
bro get a laptop from there and it seemed more like 5 minutes lol Alot
of the stuff there is really just "open box" (someone bought a
computer and didn't like the color so they sent it back, brand new in
most respects) and comes with the full warranty.
THat's my 2 bits ;)
